Lisa Cash

Fitness Trainer, Founder

Lisa Cash is a tertiary-trained exercise and fitness professional who owns and operates the Fit Up Fitness Centre in Boonah, Qld. Lisa is Bachelor trained in Sport and has almost completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Lisa has been training, motivating and helping people for over a decade. Throughout her career, Lisa’s eccentric approach and ‘bossy but caring’ attitude has helped thousands of individuals change their lives for the better. Lisa has a genuine passion for helping people, and if you ever have the chance to be part of a session with her, you will experience this firsthand.
